Miss Danni Grove is the Principal and Founder of DDF Dance Company.
I take pride and passion in creating a safe inclusive environment for all to dance. I've studied performing arts dance at Birmingham Ormiston Academy (BOA) leaving with a Triple Distinction Star before going on to complete three years at Edge Hill University studying Dance at a degree level, then going on to study post-compulsory education and graduating with a PGCE.
I am fully insured and DBS checked with a level three first aid qualification, safeguarding children, fire marshall and Zumba Qualification. Im a approved chaperone by cannock county council. My vision with DDF was to create somewhere in which children could call home, not only come to learn dance and train in multiple styles but somewhere in which they feel comfortable and like one big family. I truly believe we have achieved this here at DDF studios. We offer life changing oppourtuinties and performance options to give the children the best step into the performing arts industry.
Miss Jess - Mini Stars + Commerical teacher
Jess has been dancing since a young age has level Three in Dance gaining a Distinction * . She has competed at various major competitions as part of a street dance crew resulting in her having a vast range of experience being in the spotlight. Jess Takes pride in ensuring each child feels included.
Jess is fully insured, DBS Checked with a level three first aid qualification, safeguarding children and a fire marshall. A approved chaperone under cannock county council and a IDTA street quailifed teacher.
Miss Stacy - Acrobatics teacher
Stacy has been a dancer of DDF Dance company for many years, winning major titles performing in Disneyland with us. Picked out at conventions, judges choice awards. Stacy has a clear passion for dance in particular acrobatics, these go hand in hand with our dance solos and teams allowing diverse and high level moves to be introduced within.
Stacy is fully insured, DBS Checked with a level three first aid qualification, safeguarding children and a fire marshall. A approved chaperone under cannock county council and a acrobatics quailifed teacher.
DDF Dance Company was founded in May 2019 and is based in Cannock, Staffordshire at DDF Dance Company Unit 1, Prospect Business Park, WS11 OLG Cannock. We offer a wide range of classes including both contemporary and lyrical style classes, acrobatics also Jazz and commercial. All of which offer a range of techniques and disciplines needed for the industry. We feel this combination is not only confidence-building but also helps create talent and the new generation of performers. We are all one big family offering a sense of belonging and a safe place to encourage diversity and individuality.
Classes are fun whilst also building a firm foundation to enable the dancers to take part in annual shows and performances offering a range of experiences to all pupils. We teach Dance and Discipline from age 2 years +. We offer a free trial to anyone wanting to try out DDF Dance Company. Our aim is to offer pupils a wide range of experience and discipline in all dance styles to equip them for a future within the industry.

DDF Dance Company is fully committed to safeguarding the welfare of all children and young people up to the age of 18. We recognise our responsibility to take all reasonable steps to promote safe practice and to protect children from harm, abuse, and exploitation and acknowledges its duty to act appropriately to any allegations, reports, or suspicions of abuse. All staff and volunteers work together to encourage the development of an ethos that embraces difference and diversity and respects the rights of children, young people, and adults.
DDF Dance Company recognises its duty of care under the Children and Young Persons Act 1963, the Children (Performances and Activities) (England) Regulations 2014, the Children Act 1989, and Working Together to Safeguard Children 2015. We are fully committed to providing a safe and secure environment and safeguarding its pupils and staff. All teachers hold a valid DBS and insurance along with a first aid qualification to provide the most upright and professional care. Certificates and qualifications are regularly updated to keep in with new policies and updates. Trained First Aiders are always present at all classes and performances.
DDF Dance company takes confidence in there track and trace system ensuring all members are following ever-changing guidance from the government, and appropriate action is taken when needed. Track and trace is mandatory for all entering the DDF Dance company studio.
